Akshay Kumar Safe After Convoy Accident in Mumbai’s Juhu Area

Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar and his wife Twinkle Khanna are safe after a vehicle from the actor’s convoy was involved in a road accident on Monday night in Mumbai’s Juhu area, sources confirmed.

The incident reportedly took place around 9:00 pm when a Mercedes car allegedly speeding on the road collided with an auto-rickshaw. Due to the impact, the auto was pushed into an Innova vehicle that was part of Akshay Kumar’s convoy. The actor and his wife were travelling in a separate car ahead of the convoy and were not injured.

Officials said the collision caused minor damage to one of the convoy vehicles. Mumbai Police arrived at the scene shortly after the accident and initiated an investigation. As of now, no formal complaint has been lodged.

The auto-rickshaw driver and one passenger sustained injuries and were taken to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. While no fatalities were reported, several vehicles involved in the accident suffered considerable damage.

Akshay Kumar’s team has not released any official statement regarding the incident so far.
